HIS CHILD is an embroidered story about Torstein who was the artist´s neighbour most of his short life. Torstein was multi-handicapped, yet he had a special gift to touch people.
HIS CHILD was first shown in the Trygve Lie Gallery, New York 2007, as part of the “God is there” exhibition with Marianne Rønnow and Grete Refsum.
In 2008 the work was shown in Rundetaarn in Copenhagen. Rundetaarn registered 35.570 visitors.
